W : We have Cold Sparkle with cream or ice cream only.

M : I need plain Cold Sparkle only.
W : But we have only with cream.

M : What? Can you please call your manager.

W goes to the counter, spends 2 mins in conversing with the man behind the counter.

W : We can only give Cold Sparkle with add-ons.
M : Don't add the add-ons then. Just give me without add-ons.

W : Ok.
