Time nahin hai
This weekend was very satisfying for me.
Firstly, google zindabad. I remembered that there was a song in a movie, the main protagonist was listening to. The audio of the song was low and I could not make out the words. The song was not featured in the soundtrack or the movie credits. So google happened next. Within half hour I had the name of the song and its lyrics and a low quality version of the song, and ye ye the song is amazing !!
Next, I stumbled upon an article which completely blasts the phrase "Time nahin hai" I think its from a book some place. Hmm should google about it :)
Time nahin hai is a really bad phrase. Because everyone gets time. A fixed amount. Twenty four hours. Everyday. Its the most equally divided of all the resources.
Be you a rich person or poor. A genius or a dumbo. Beauty or beast. Time waster or utiliser. No one says that this person should get lesser time and the other one more.
In whatever way people spent the last minute, most of them will get the next minute. Time to bahut hai. Sirf uski utilization jisse nahi aati, ya jo bahut hi zyada busy hai, wohi bolta hai ke time nahi hai.
Its the most easily available resources. And sadly the most easily wasted one. Its also completely free. Whatever someone plans to do, s/he plans for present or future. And then does it.
So if someone really wants to find time to do something, s/he can get time for it. S/he might have to juggle between two tasks and decide which one is important. But if the "time nahin hai" task is really important, I'm sure that time mil jayega :)
You can also try spending 5-10 minutes in your day pursuing the task. Like reading a book or listening to music or learning a new thing. Start with 5-10 minutes without distraction. I guess the next question will be- How is 10 minutes going to help?
10 minutes is a start. Spending 10 minutes says that you are actually interested in that thing. 10 minutes per day seems ridiculuos But that makes it a weekly one hour. Now that sounds a lil better. Plus if you get really interested in that subject, you might make some changes in your schedule and devote more time to it.
And if Mr. Anil Ambani gets time to jog daily and even run a marathon, then I guess, everyone can improve a lot.
Making a good use of this resource is one of the best ways to live life.
