meditation is something u hav to do daily and with full faith and with no expectation wat so ever.. there r various techniques avalable.. but for starters just try to sit silently with ur eyes closed and concentearation only on your breath.. just keep watching ur in & out without cooking stories in ur mind... try it for 5-10 mins gradulally increasing ur duration .. |

I guess you were talking about my comment on your latest post. I was talking about the way you defined proactive in the following sentence, "If I start being proactive by his defn, I am actually doing his job and not mine." and I did not want to give any "advice" on how to approach your situation. I thought it was pretty simple and that you would figure it out in a cooler mindset. Was I clear now? :)
